Shipping

  • Carrier: Australia Post Express
  • Dispatch: Same business day for in-stock orders
  • Delivery: 1–3 business days Australia-wide
  • Cost: Flat rate $15.00 Express Post
  • Packaging: All orders shipped in plain, discreet packaging
  • Tracking: Tracking number provided via email once dispatched

We dispatch from our Gold Coast, QLD facility. Orders placed before 12pm AEST on business days are generally dispatched same day.

Back-Orders

  • Dispatch timeframe: Approximately 10 business days
  • Notification: You will be emailed once your order is dispatched
  • Payment: Full payment required at time of order
  • Cancellation: Back-orders may be cancelled before dispatch — contact us promptly

Back-order products are sourced specifically for your order. Lead times may vary — we will always communicate any delays as soon as we are aware of them.

Returns & Replacements

  • Change of mind: We do not accept change of mind returns due to the nature of our products
  • Faulty or damaged: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Wrong item sent: Contact us within 7 days — we will rectify promptly
  • Product integrity issues: Cloudiness or gel formation can occur in certain peptides — this does not necessarily indicate a faulty product

We operate a no-questions-asked replacement policy for verified product issues. Use the form below and we will resolve your issue within 5 business days.

Payment Methods

  • Bank Transfer: BSB and account details provided at checkout. Orders dispatched once payment clears (1–2 business days)
  • Crypto via MyCryptoCheckout: Pay directly in cryptocurrency to the AUD value of your order
  • Crypto via MoonPay: Purchase crypto to the value of your order directly through checkout

Cryptocurrency payments are typically confirmed near-instantly. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days to clear before dispatch.
