1. About Tide Labs

Tide Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an Australian-owned business operating from Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Research Use Only

All products sold by Tide Labs are strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not approved for human or animal consumption, nor for any therapeutic, diagnostic, or medicinal use.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are a qualified researcher, research institution, or laboratory professional
• You will use the products solely for lawful laboratory research purposes
• You understand the products have not been evaluated by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) or any other regulatory authority
• You are 18 years of age or older

Tide Labs accepts no liability for any misuse of products purchased through this website.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product information, descriptions and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product received.

Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available for most batches and are published on our website. The absence of a COA for a specific batch does not indicate that the product has not been tested.

4. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. You will be notified promptly if your order cannot be fulfilled.

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once payment is received in full.

5. Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Direct bank transfer (BSB and account details provided at checkout)
• Cryptocurrency via MyCryptoCheckout — payment in cryptocurrency to the equivalent AUD value of your order
• Cryptocurrency purchase via MoonPay — buy crypto to the value of your order directly through our checkout

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received and cleared. For bank transfers this typically takes 1–2 business days. For cryptocurrency payments, confirmation is typically near-instant.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch all in-stock orders with Australia Post Express from our Gold Coast facility. Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch depending on your location.

For back-order items, dispatch typically occurs within 10 business days of your order. You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched.

Tide Labs is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances outside our control.

7. Back-Orders & Pre-Orders

Some products may be available on a back-order basis when out of stock. By placing a back-order you acknowledge that your order will be dispatched within approximately 10 business days and agree to wait for fulfilment within that timeframe.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. However, if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied product, please contact us at support@tidelabsau.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

We operate a no-questions-asked replacement policy for verified product issues. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design is the property of Tide Labs and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tide Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
